ROBYN
I partner with executives and organisations to navigate change, build awareness and create meaningful impact. After a 30+ year career in reputation management and strategic communications in which I was both an entrepreneur and then a corporate executive (after successfully selling my company to WPP), I qualified as an Executive Coach, a certified Culture Map© Consultant and a conflict Mediator. Today, I use these skills to bring to my clients, strategic and effective business solutions in the areas of executive coaching, optimal team performance, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, leadership development and more. I am an EMCC Global certified Senior Practitioner, a member of the Ashridge Global Coaching Panel and a founding member and coach of True Partnership.
I am a pseudo-retiree, a communicator, a teacher, a coach, an entrepreneur for the second time, a bush baby, a yorkie superfan and a proud mother and grandmother. My unique combination of experiences both in my personal and professional lives, equips me to help leaders, teams and organisations to reach their full potential and meet the challenges inherent in the business world with strength, acceptance, curiosity and excitement.
KATHERINE
I am just beginning on this journey! After spending almost 10 years studying and working in the medical criminalistics field, I decided to change course and focus on the upliftment and development of people. To this end, I am working with and learning from Robyn at The Three Cs and enrolled in the GIBS Professional Business Coaching Programme.
I am a critical thinker, an investigator, a perpetual student, an observer, a judgement-free zone, an avid birder, a nature lover, a wife and a fiercely proud new mom. My unique combination of scientific thinking and innate interest in understanding all people makes me genuinely curious about you and how I can help you to achieve your goals.
